One of our key priorities at Our Lady of Sion School is to ensure our pupils and students experience a school where they feel safe and secure.
We provide the young people in our care with a supportive and nurturing environment with a strong pastoral system at its heart. Form tutors play a pivotal role in ensuring our students are happy and settled at school, with additional support from the Senior Leadership Team.
As a member of the school community we expect Sion students to be cared for, and to be caring towards others. Many of the friends our young people make here will be friends for life.
Although a Catholic Foundation School we welcome students from all faiths and none. Regular assemblies will help you to share experiences, broaden your horizons and establish a strong set of values.
At Our Lady of Sion School we aim to ensure that what is taught in the classroom is reinforced throughout the school. We have a comprehensive range of trips (either included in the fees or charged at a nominal cost) linked to the curriculum and the School’s ethos is clearly visible by our school rules and behaviour code.
Our news articles highlight our students’ successes and how we encourage them to get involved in the wider community.
